DIY Project - Skirt

What did I do for my Birthday? I've sewn myself a knee-length skirt, yay !!! I've been searching high & low for a simple, cheap & comfortable skirt in KL but unfortunately not to my liking.



This skirt is an exact replica of a skirt which I've owned when I studied in Australia. I bought 3 skirts for the price of AUD$15. That's what I called cheap !!! You wouldn't find that kind of price in KL. The one I bought has no zipper but elastic band, so does this. This skirt made out of cotton fabric & with lining.



I love the laces, bought it for only 80 cents per meter. I'm definitely will be making more of this skirt but with different colours & finishings.
